Little Pair of Shorts

For my grandson Jack.  Made with Going Coastal fabric and the free pattern from fishsticks designs.  If it wasn't for friends I don't know if I could have put these together.  I've never made a lot of clothes so these patterns perplex me. But I did it and they will be in the mail so he can wear them this summer still.

I spent the day at my friend Kathy's quilting.  Her husband went out of town so she asked the material girls to come on over and about 8 of us sewed today with a few different people coming tomorrow.  I always get so much done.  I got the crazy eight topper quilted and binding sewn on and 2 little runners for next to the bed also quilted and binding sewn on.  I just have to hand stitch all that down.  Pictures tomorrow.
