A finish or two

Okay so more than two but they are small.  The first is this kit quilt.

I bought this kit at Road to California this past year from Nancy Rink.  It's called Trafalgar Square.

The quilt is an art quilt for our next art theme challenge - Art Nouveau.  I used the Tsukineko Inks.  No water used so I can get full coverage.  I got the design from one of those design source books.
The next three items are for our guild's boutique in October.

I spent all last weekend embroidering and one of the things I finished was the pillow.  I also stitched out 4 labels and a bunch of Halloween and Christmas things.  Not sure what I am going to do with it all but while it was set up I just kept stitching.

And I need to end on some cuteness.  My step-daughter sent me this pic of the grandkids.

Guild is this weekend so I have two bags of show and tell this month.  Well 2 of the quilts are for our charity group - one I made and another my friend Anna made.  No pictures though.

Been busy.  Thank you for looking.

The Nancy Rink kit is amazing. Love the colors. Love the design.

Is the tree skirt a panel??

I have my bag for September already finished. Shocking, I know. Of course, now I'm not happy with it so may make another.

Wow, your tree skirt looks like velvet. Great job, also love the Nancy a Rink quilt.

As always, such fun to see what emerges from your studio. Love the Art Nouveau roses. And you met your guild challenge perfectly. The colors and design work perfectly. Wish I could see it in person.
